Slipper Day 2021

For the third time, we joined the "Slipper Day" thanks to the Ondrášek Mobile Hospice and thus supported mobile hospice care in the Czech Republic.

Why join?

- Because thanks to your photo, someone who has not heard of it yet can learn about the mobile hospice.

- Because when a neighbor meets you in front of the house in slippers, you can explain to her that you didn't forget to change your shoes.

- Because when a colleague asks you about non-traditional shoes, you can say that hospices help you stay at home until the end.

- Because it allows you to change the end of another person's life.

There are 26 mobile hospices in the Czech Republic. Mobile hospices allow the dying to spend their last moments with dignity and at home. They bring professional health care, information and necessary support to households. They help families accompany their loved ones until the very end.

80% of people want to die at home, but only 20% really succeed.

Slipper Day points out that it is possible to die at home and that there are services that offer free escorts. Professional and human.
