During February we already started cooperation with the Secondary Technical School in Ostrava Vítkovice, the Secondary Technical School in Frýdek-Místek and with the School Specialized in the car repair in Ostrava Vítkovice on the project called "Game4Mobis". Students from above mentioned schools created personal agencies in which they presented specific job positions in our company to their classmates.
The purpose is to prepare potential candidates for the job and show to the applicants the way how to access the future employment. Students are receiving information about selected jobs right in our company and mediate it to their classmates. They will implement the fictional recruitment processes and competitions in order with Game4Mobis at their schools.
„The purpose of the agency is to identify and clearly describe specific job position in the company. Description of position will be performed by the students. They are learning how to say what is interesting, inspirational in chosen position and why they would recommend it to their classmates, " said Peter Kazík, lecturer of Ahra company, who shields the project.
Student employment agencies are indeed a kind of game, but they could help us to find a new employee and for the students a future job.
Students finished basic training and line tour in the last two weeks.
